2. No Physical Item
You are purchasing a digital product only.
No physical toy, finished item, or printed book will be shipped to you.
3. Intended Use
These pattern books are created for making amigurumi plush toys for children’s play and playtime, not for decoration purposes only.
4. Digital Delivery
After payment is confirmed, your purchased PDF pattern will be delivered to the email address entered at checkout.
It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct email address.
5. Resale Rights for the Buyer
When you buy a pattern from BayanYarn, you receive the right to resell the digital pattern exactly as it is to your own customers, without any editing.
6. No Modification Allowed
You may not edit, rewrite, redesign, translate, modify, reformat, or alter the digital pattern, in whole or in part, before reselling it.

7. No Resale Rights for Your Customers
Your customers do not receive resale rights when they buy the pattern from you.
8. What Your Customers Are Allowed to Do

Sell finished physical items made from the pattern
9. What Your Customers Are Not Allowed to Do
Your customers may not:
Resell the digital pattern
Share or gift the file
Copy the pattern
Upload it online
Edit, translate, or modify it
Distribute any part of it in any form
10. No Bundling or Redistribution
The digital pattern may not be bundled with other files, offered as a bonus, re-uploaded, repackaged, or redistributed in full or in part.
11. Refund Policy
Because all products are digital and delivered electronically, all sales are final.
Refunds or exchanges are only considered if:
You were charged but did not receive your file
You received the wrong file
The file is corrupted or cannot be opened properly
