Because our products are digital PDF patterns delivered by email immediately after purchase, returns and exchanges are not accepted once the file has been sent.

However, we want you to have a good experience. If you have any issue with your order, we are here to help.

Refunds may be considered only in these cases:

• You were charged but did not receive your download email.

• You received the wrong PDF file.

• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened properly.
